AS for the video, Demons Are Real, just use your common sense. There is a lot of bullcrap and poor acting and lousy filming and "tricky dance moves and spiral gyrations" PHONY exercise techniques done on that video! Better to stick with standard push ups and sit ups and free weights and stretching. : )
